Shipping Policy

At Geneinno, we offer free shipping for orders within the Continental USA, Oceania, and EU countries. We are committed to ensuring your order reaches you in a timely manner. Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details will be sent to you.

Note: A signature upon delivery may be required based on your location.

Other isolated regions: Alaska, Hawaii, and other isolated regions will be charged the shipping fee.

In the USA, in-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days after an order is placed, unless otherwise noted on the product's page.

In Oceania and EU countries, in-stock items typically ship within 7–12 business days after an order is placed, unless otherwise noted on the product's page.

In the US, Geneinno ships using FedEx and UPS.

In Europe and Oceania, we ship using UPS, FedEx, and other local couriers.

The shipping method used is determined by the size/weight of your order and your delivery address. We strive to ship your order in a single box whenever possible. However, multiple shipments may be necessary on occasion.

If an item you ordered is out of stock, our team will promptly notify you within 3 business days. We will provide you with the estimated shipping date for the item or offer an alternative product for you to choose from.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Once a package has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. Geneinno holds no liability for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses. Packages marked as “delivered” by our shipping partners (UPS/FedEx/DHL) are considered delivered.

About  Customs Duty

We will bear the customs duty in North America and Australia. The tariffs in Europe and other regions will be borne by the customers themselves.
